The ATX Ident-Ex® is an intrinsically safe handheld UHF RFID reader terminal with ATEX / IECEx zone 1/21 and class I, II, III, division 1 approval. The innovative modular concept provides multiple configuration options with state of the art technology for virtually every application in hazardous and explosive environments.
The ATEX UHF handheld reader is designed for short-range reading and writing applications (up to 4.9 ft) for fast, simple and selective secure contactless identification. It is designed for fast, accurate and reliable data collection, whether it is a barcode reading, a short-range RFID reading or an intensive RFID inventory.
Its ergonomics, its compatibility with all Bluetooth® smartphones or tablets and its more than 12 hours autonomy in operation (more than 10,000 scans with a battery charge, sufficient for a full workday) make it the most powerfull tool for all applications requiring high mobility. The ATX Ident-Ex® UHF reader has an intrinsically safe mechanism for use in explosive atmospheres.
Using a unique modular design, the T-ATX can be specifically configured to the customer‘s requirements by selecting different head modules. When requirements change, the head module on the unit can be replaced by another one (LF, HF or UHF; barcode imager).
Compact and ultra-rugged, the ATX Ident-Ex® is ideal for all applications in harsh and ruggud environments.
